Path: /home (default landing page)

The Home page is the observability cockpit for your Microsoft Teams environment. It provides a high-level summary of call activity and quality over the last 7 days. Use it to get a quick pulse check before diving into details on other pages.

There are no filters or controls on this page — all data reflects a fixed 7-day window and is automatically fetched on load.


The page is organized into two rows:

  1. KPI Cards — three metric cards side by side
  2. Call Health chart (left) and Platforms chart (right)

Total number of MS Teams calls recorded in the last 7 days. Shows a sparkline trend chart below the number.

Percentage of calls classified as Good out of all calls in the last 7 days.

  • Green when the percentage is high (healthy)
  • Red when the percentage is low (degraded)

Total number of unique callers (participants) who joined at least one call in the last 7 days. Shows a sparkline trend chart below the number.

Slices beyond 8 are grouped into an “Other” category automatically. The legend is shown to the right of the pie.
