The Home page is the observability cockpit for your Microsoft Teams environment. It provides a high-level summary of call activity and quality over the last 7 days. Use it to get a quick pulse check before diving into details on other pages.
There are no filters or controls on this page — all data reflects a fixed 7-day window and is automatically fetched on load.
Layout
Section titled “Layout”The page is organized into two rows:
- KPI Cards — three metric cards side by side
- Call Health chart (left) and Platforms chart (right)
KPI Cards
Section titled “KPI Cards”Call Count
Section titled “Call Count”Total number of MS Teams calls recorded in the last 7 days. Shows a sparkline trend chart below the number.
Healthy Calls
Section titled “Healthy Calls”Percentage of calls classified as Good out of all calls in the last 7 days.
- Green when the percentage is high (healthy)
- Red when the percentage is low (degraded)
Caller Count
Section titled “Caller Count”Total number of unique callers (participants) who joined at least one call in the last 7 days. Shows a sparkline trend chart below the number.
Call Health Chart
Section titled “Call Health Chart”A vertical categorical bar chart showing the distribution of calls by health status for the last 7 days.

Platforms Chart

Slices beyond 8 are grouped into an “Other” category automatically. The legend is shown to the right of the pie.
States

Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”Use the top navigation bar to go to Sites, Calls, Users, Issues, or Configuration. This page has no clickable data points that navigate elsewhere.
